Partners

COMA project teams are assembled and tailored to our clients’ exact needs. Each team usually consists of leading principals and partner consultants. The organization is flat with no hierarchy and information flows freely within the team, with no intervening bureaucracy. Clients are also invited to become part of the team and to get involved in the design process. Such an approach encourages organic workflows and innovation.
